General Terms of Sale

1. Seller

The products are sold by the publisher of the eazybetcoin.com website, whose identity and contact details appear in the legal notice: https://eazybetcoin.com/en/legal/legal-notice

2. Scope

These terms apply to the reservation and sale, to consumers, of the physical products offered in the player area of the eazybetcoin.com website (the physical card and its options). They apply neither to the game items of the app (coins, diamonds, cards), which cannot be bought, nor to the Premium subscription, which is governed by the general terms of use.

Only holders of an EazyBetCoin account may reserve or order. A physical card may only be requested for a copy that is in the account's collection.

3. Products

• The physical card: the artwork and serial number of your card, printed on a rigid card; an NFC chip links to its certificate.
• Options: rigid case, display box, printed certificate. Their features are described on the card's page before any reservation.

The chip links to the card's digital certificate. The card must therefore be minted in the player's name before shipping; minting is governed by the vault terms: https://eazybetcoin.com/en/legal/vault

The visuals are as faithful as possible. Slight differences in colour may exist between the screen and the print.

4. Reservation

• Reservation is free and without commitment. It is not an order and does not bind you to anything.
• No payment and no address are requested when reserving.
• You can change the options or cancel the reservation at any time from your account, Orders tab.
• A reservation guarantees neither a price, nor a date, nor the availability of the product when orders open.
• If the copy leaves your collection, the reservation attached to it ends.

5. Offer and order

When orders open, each reservation receives an offer stating, before any confirmation: the product and its options, the total price including all taxes, the delivery costs, the delivery areas and lead times, the payment methods, and whether a right of withdrawal exists and on what terms.

The order is formed when you accept the offer, give your delivery address and confirm the payment, after being able to check the summary and correct any errors. A confirmation repeating this information is sent to you on a durable medium (email).

If you do not accept it, the offer expires and the reservation ends, at no cost.

6. Price

Prices are stated in euros, including all taxes, in the offer. As long as a price is not set, the site says so with the words “Price announced when orders open”. No amount is due before an offer is accepted.

The applicable price is that of the accepted offer. VAT: not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, for as long as the seller falls under that scheme.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering. It is handled by a secure payment provider named in the offer. Card details are entered with that provider: the seller never has access to them and does not keep them.

Payment is made in euros. No cryptocurrency and no game item (coins, diamonds) is accepted as payment.

8. Manufacturing and delivery

Delivery areas, methods and lead times are stated in the offer. If no date is given, the product is delivered no later than thirty days after the order (article L216-1 of the French Consumer Code).

In the event of a delay, you may require the seller to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the sums paid, under the conditions of articles L216-6 and following of the French Consumer Code.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the product (article L216-4). Report any anomaly noticed on delivery to the carrier.

9. Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without having to give a reason (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Simply send an unambiguous statement, for example the form below, to contact@eazybetcoin.com.

The product must be returned no later than fourteen days after you communicate your decision. Return costs are borne by you, unless the offer states otherwise. The refund, including the initial delivery costs (on the basis of the standard method), is made no later than fourteen days after your decision is received; it may be deferred until the product is recovered or proof of its dispatch is provided.

Exception: a card made to order for your copy, bearing your number, is a clearly personalised item, for which the law excludes the right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 3°). If so, the offer will say so expressly before you accept it. Non-personalised products (case, box) remain subject to the right of withdrawal.

10. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

Legal guarantee of conformity: you have two years from delivery of the product to invoke it. During that period, you only need to establish that the defect exists, not when it appeared. You can obtain repair or replacement of the product free of charge; failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract.

Guarantee against hidden defects: you have two years from discovering the defect to act, and you can choose between cancelling the sale and a price reduction.

11. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint should first be sent to contact@eazybetcoin.com. If no solution is found, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge (article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code). The competent mediator and their contact details will be given here before orders open.

12. Personal data

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. They do not deprive you of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the competent courts are those designated by law.
