1. Publisher of the application

EazyBetcoin is published by a sole proprietorship under French law (micro-entreprise). For any request about your personal data: contact@eazybetcoin.com

2. Data collected

2.1 Data provided by the user

• Phone number: used to create the account and to authenticate (SMS/OTP verification)
• Username: freely chosen, shown in rankings
• Date of birth: to check the minimum age (17)

2.2 Data generated by use

• Game data: predictions placed, scores, rankings, coins, diamonds, progress
• Technical data: device type, operating system, installation ID
• Push notification token: to send notifications (if allowed)

2.3 Data NOT collected

• We collect no location data
• We collect no financial data (no real-money payment through the app, apart from the Premium subscription handled by Apple/Google)
• We collect no contacts from your address book

2.4 Player area of the eazybetcoin.com website

The player area (“My account”) uses the same account as the application. In addition to the data above, it processes:

• Session: a sign-in token, kept in the browser tab and erased when the tab closes, on sign-out, after 10 minutes without activity or at the latest after one hour
• Vault (test network): the vault's public address, the ID and public key of your passkey, and whether it is backed up; the private key stays on your device and is never sent to us
• Vault operations: test EZBC allocated and received, minted cards (serial number, token ID, test price), transfers (destination address, amount), with the references of the on-chain operations
• Physical card: reservations (copy concerned, options chosen, dates). No address or payment data is requested when reserving

3. Purposes of processing

The data is processed to:

• Create and manage your user account
• Provide the application's features (simulated predictions, rankings, rewards)
• Show non-personalised ads (non-Premium users only, through Google AdMob)
• Run the website's player area: sign-in, vault, card minting, reservations
• Secure accounts and prevent abuse
• Send push notifications (if allowed)
• Improve the user experience and fix bugs

4. Legal basis

• Performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR): running the account and services
• Consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR): push notifications
• Pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR): physical card reservation
• Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR): improving the service, security

5. Advertising

EazyBetcoin shows ads through Google AdMob to non-Premium users, in the application only. These ads are not personalised: the application does not ask for advertising tracking permission and does not track you across applications.

• Premium users see no ads
• Google AdMob processes the technical data needed to display and measure ads, under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• The eazybetcoin.com website shows no ads

6. Processors and transfers

Arbitrum network: vault operations are recorded on a public, decentralised ledger that anyone can consult. No identity data is published there (see section 7a).

7. Retention period

• Account data: kept while the account is active, then for 3 years after deletion
• Game data: kept while the account is active
• Technical data: 12 months at most
• Player area session: until the tab is closed, one hour at most
• Vault and operations on the test network: erased before the real network opens
• Physical card reservations: until orders open and the offer expires; a cancelled reservation is deleted after 12 months

7a. Data recorded on a public blockchain

What is recorded on a public network (vault address, balances, minted cards, operations) stays there permanently: neither we nor anyone else can erase or change it. We publish no identity data there. If you ask for your data to be erased, we delete from our databases the link between your account and your vault, so that we can no longer connect the public records to you.

7b. Storage on your device, cookies and trackers

The eazybetcoin.com website sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Its fonts and scripts are served by the site itself. It only uses tab storage (sessionStorage), strictly necessary for the service you request, which does not require consent:

• the player area's sign-in token and the session times (erased when the tab is closed);
• your choice to hide or show amounts (erased on sign-out).

Your passkey (Face ID, fingerprint) is managed by your device and its keychain, not by the website. The host keeps technical access logs (IP address, page requested) for the security of the site.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

• Access: obtain a copy of your data
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: ask for your data to be deleted
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format
• Objection: object to the processing of your data
• Restriction: ask for processing to be restricted

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

9. Account deletion

You can ask for your account and all associated data to be deleted by emailing contact@eazybetcoin.com. Deletion takes effect within 30 days.

10. Minors

The application is intended for people aged 17 and over. No data is knowingly collected from minors under 17.

11. Virtual currency

Coins and diamonds are virtual game currencies with no real monetary value. They cannot be exchanged, sold or converted into real money.

12. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted communications (TLS/SSL)
• OTP authentication
• Restricted access to personal data
• Website player area: session limited to the tab, automatic closing after inactivity, strict content security policy, display protected against embedding in another site
• Vault: each operation is approved on your device with your passkey; we hold no private keys

13. Changes

This policy may change. If a change is substantial, we will inform you through the application or by notification.
