L'essenziale, in italiano

I rischi, nero su bianco

Account multipli, speculazione sul token o sulle carte, esaurimento del fondo, custodia delle chiavi della tesoreria, perdita di interesse, rischio normativo: il litepaper elenca ogni rischio con la sua contromisura e il livello che resta.

1. Vision & Philosophy

1.1 The Question Behind EazyBetCoin

What if we could preserve everything people love about sports betting while removing financial risk entirely?

People do not engage with sports betting exclusively because of money. They engage because of competition, prediction, uncertainty, rankings, status, progression, collection, rewards, rarity, community recognition, and emotional attachment to sporting events. Traditional sportsbooks monetize these emotions through financial exposure. They are not selling excitement — they are selling the right to feel that excitement, at the cost of potential loss.

EazyBetCoin attempts something structurally different. It keeps the emotional and competitive experience. It keeps the progression systems, the rankings, the pack openings, the rarity, the collectible ownership, the rewards, the community status. But it removes the requirement to risk money. This is not a moral position against gambling. It is a structural alternative to it — an ecosystem where the excitement comes from participation, performance, collection, and recognition rather than financial exposure.

1.2 A Living Archive of Sports Culture

Beyond the gameplay, EazyBetCoin carries a longer ambition: to transform sports seasons into cultural artifacts.

Every major sporting season generates moments, rivalries, upsets, and stories that fans carry for decades. These memories currently exist only in personal recollection, media archives, and the occasional physical memorabilia. They are not owned by the communities that lived them. EazyBetCoin is built to change that.

Each season on the platform is a chapter — with its own visual identity, its own artist collaboration, its own card collection, its own competitive rankings, and its own community memories. Years later, a player can look back at Season 1 through the cards they collected, the NFTs they minted, the physical collectibles they hold, and the rankings they climbed. The season becomes a permanent, community-owned record of a specific moment in sports history.

This archival dimension is not a feature. It is the long-term product. The gameplay, the token, the NFTs, and the physical cards are all infrastructure serving a single objective: building a living archive of sports culture, created by the community itself.

1.3 What EazyBetCoin Rejects

Traditional sports betting platforms depend on user financial loss as their primary revenue mechanism. Play-to-earn models depend on continuous token inflation and speculative demand. NFT projects reduce digital ownership to financial asset trading. EazyBetCoin is a deliberate structural rejection of all three models — not through moral declaration, but through design.

The community is the primary asset. The culture created by that community is the ultimate product. The token, the NFTs, the governance system, and the physical cards are tools in service of that culture — not ends in themselves.

2. Platform Architecture

EazyBetCoin operates through a layered system where each component serves a distinct function. The separation between layers is intentional: it ensures gameplay integrity, prevents financial exposure, and isolates the token layer from competitive mechanics.

2.1 Layer 1 — Play Coins

Coins are the primary in-game resource. They carry no external value and cannot be purchased with real money. Every player receives coins through daily engagement mechanics, including tap-to-earn interactions, daily login rewards, successful predictions, leaderboard placements, and seasonal events. An active player can accumulate up to approximately 10,000 coins per day.

  • Freely distributed — no purchase required at any point
  • Non-transferable and non-extractable from the platform
  • Consumed when placing predictions and when purchasing card packs
  • Replenished continuously through platform engagement
  • Predictions are limited by a daily ticket allowance. A combined prediction uses a single ticket.

2.2 Layer 2 — Diamonds

Diamonds are the platform's performance currency. They cannot be purchased or transferred, and they reset at the end of every monthly cycle. Diamonds are generated through successful predictions, according to a formula tied to net prediction gains. They represent skill and consistency, not activity volume alone.

  • Earned through prediction performance
  • Reset to zero at the end of each monthly cycle
  • Move the player through the five Stades of the monthly League (Section 5.1)
  • Determine the monthly ranking and monthly EZBC eligibility

2.3 Layer 3 — Cards

Cards are numbered digital collectibles. In the Alpha season, they represent football cities and their clubs through original EazyBetCoin identities. Within the application, they are obtained by opening packs purchased with in-game coins, and collecting never requires a real-money purchase. Each card exists in a limited, publicly stated number of copies that is never reprinted, and every copy carries its own serial number.

From the first season after Alpha, each season's card collection is designed in collaboration with a visual artist, giving each season a distinct aesthetic identity. Cards are produced as premium digital art objects, not generic game assets.

  • Obtained by opening packs with in-game coins, with no real-money purchase required
  • Provide a temporary bonus during the season in which they are obtained: improved odds on predictions involving the team they represent
  • Lose their gameplay utility at season end, transitioning into collection objects
  • Can be minted as NFTs using EZBC at any time; a minted card leaves the game and no longer provides any bonus
  • NFT-minted cards can be ordered as physical NFC-enabled collectibles

2.4 Layer 4 — EazyBetCoin (EZBC)

EZBC is the only blockchain-native, extractable layer of the system. It is distributed every month to players who are eligible in that month's League. EZBC provides no in-game competitive advantage: it cannot be used to influence rankings or bypass any gameplay mechanic.

  • Distributed every month to players eligible in the monthly League
  • Used to mint cards as NFTs on the EazyBetCoin minting platform
  • Redeemable for partner ecosystem rewards
  • Transferable on-chain — no protocol-level transfer restriction

3. Gameplay Loop

Every mechanic in EazyBetCoin's gameplay loop maps directly to something that makes sports prediction compelling in its traditional form — but without the financial exposure that makes traditional betting harmful. The uncertainty of a prediction, the satisfaction of a correct call, the status of a high ranking, the thrill of opening a pack and discovering a rare card: these are the emotional drivers of engagement. They do not require money to function. They require design.

The EazyBetCoin loop is designed to be self-sustaining, fair, and emotionally engaging. It connects daily engagement to long-term collection ownership through a sequence of mechanics that reward both consistency and prediction quality.

No step in this loop requires financial expenditure. A player who engages daily, predicts accurately, and performs well in rankings can access every layer of the platform — from card collection to NFT minting — using only resources earned through gameplay.

4. The Card System

4.1 Acquisition

Within the EazyBetCoin application, card packs are purchased with in-game coins, and no step of the game requires a real-money purchase. Predictions never involve real money: coins cannot be bought, and nothing won in a prediction can be withdrawn.

Cards come in four rarity tiers: Common, Rare, Epic and Legendary. Higher rarity cards are less frequently obtained from packs, exist in fewer copies and provide stronger seasonal bonuses. The number of copies of each card is published and never increased. Since packs are acquired through gameplay activity rather than financial expenditure, rarity creates engagement incentive without creating financial pressure.

4.2 Seasonal Utility

During the season in which they are obtained, cards provide an odds bonus on predictions involving the team they represent. The bonus grows with rarity. These bonuses are real and meaningful — they provide a genuine advantage to players who engage consistently with the collection system. However, they are strictly temporary.

It is accurate to note that more active players — who accumulate more coins and open more packs — may obtain better cards and therefore gain a competitive advantage in diamond rankings. This is acknowledged openly: engagement and regularity improve access to card bonuses, but the quality of predictions remains the primary determinant of diamond accumulation. The system rewards both dimensions of participation.

4.3 Post-Season Transition

At the end of each season, all cards lose their gameplay utility. They no longer provide bonuses, multipliers, or competitive advantages of any kind. This transition is automatic and applies equally to all players.

Post-season, cards become archive objects: records of a specific competitive season, tied to the visual identity of that season's artist collaboration. They are preserved in each player's collection as historical artifacts of their participation.

  • Cards without NFT minting remain visible in the player's digital collection indefinitely
  • They carry no competitive value in subsequent seasons
  • NFT minting converts them into transferable on-chain assets
  • Physical production is only available for NFT-minted cards

4.4 NFT Minting

At any time, eligible players can choose to mint their cards as ERC-721 NFTs on Arbitrum One using the EazyBetCoin minting platform, a separate interface from the main application. Minting requires EZBC.

The minting cost is proportional to card rarity: common cards require minimal EZBC while rare and legendary cards require progressively more. The EZBC distributions of a season are calibrated such that an active, eligible player can mint the majority of their season's card collection using their distributions alone, without requiring access to secondary markets.

Cards that are not minted are not lost — they remain in the player's digital collection. Minting is an upgrade to on-chain ownership and physical production eligibility, not a condition of card retention.

Because a minted card can be transferred and traded, minting ends its gameplay bonus at once and for good, even in the middle of its season: real-world value can never buy an advantage in the game. A player chooses between playing a card until the end of its season and minting it straight away. A season's edition stays open for minting for twelve months after the season ends, after which it is closed on-chain. The EZBC spent on minting is sent by the minting contract itself to the Community Rewards Fund.

4.5 Physical NFC Cards

NFT-minted cards can be ordered as physical collectibles. Each physical card contains the card's original artwork, a unique identifier, an NFC chip, and a link to its on-chain record and ownership history. The physical card is a tangible extension of a verifiable digital asset.

This bridge between digital performance and physical ownership is central to EazyBetCoin's long-term vision: creating durable, real-world artifacts from competitive sports experiences.

5. The Season Structure

Seasons are the fundamental organizational unit of EazyBetCoin. Each season has its own visual identity, card collection, artist collaboration, competitive events, and reward structure. Seasons function as chapters in the platform's history — each one a discrete, complete experience with its own community memories.

ElementDurationFunction
Monthly CycleCalendar monthActive competition period. Diamonds accumulate and players climb the five Stades of the League. Ends with a permanent snapshot of the ranking, a full Diamond and Stade reset, and the month's EZBC eligibility.
Season3 months (4 per year). Alpha, the first season, runs from 1 September to 31 December 2026; Season 2 begins on 1 January 2027.Card collection and bonuses are specific to this season. Stade rewards in coins and card packs can be collected once per season.

The monthly reset prevents long-term entrenchment of early adopters and ensures that each month represents a structurally fair competition: every player starts the month at zero, and every month offers a new chance to qualify for EZBC. The season gives that competition its setting: its cards, its artwork and its rewards.

5.1 The League

Within each month, players compete in a single League. As their settled Diamond balance grows, they move through five Stades. Reaching a Stade sets a floor that cannot be lost until the month closes: Diamonds above the floor can be staked on predictions, those below it are protected. When the month closes, the ranking is recorded permanently and every player starts again from zero.

Stade thresholds, Stade rewards and the minimum Stade for EZBC eligibility are published before each season begins and do not change while it runs.

5.2 Seasons as Cultural Chapters

When a season ends, it does not simply close. It becomes a permanent chapter in the EazyBetCoin archive.

Each season is designed from the outset as a complete cultural object: a defined competitive period, a unique visual identity developed in collaboration with an artist, a card collection that captures the sporting moments of that period, and a community of players whose shared season is permanently recorded. The artist collaboration is not decorative — it is constitutive. The visual language of each season is what makes its cards recognizable and meaningful years later, in the same way that the visual identity of a Panini sticker album marks a specific era of football history.

When a season closes, its lasting record is preserved outside EazyBetCoin's own servers: artwork, card sheets, the season's rules, artist credits and aggregated results are stored permanently on decentralized storage (IPFS and Arweave), and a fingerprint of that record is written on Arbitrum One. If eazybetcoin.com disappeared, anyone could retrieve the season and verify that it has not been altered. This permanent record contains no personal data and no individual player ranking.

This is the long-term product of EazyBetCoin: not an app, not a token, not a collection of NFTs — but an accumulating archive of sports seasons, each one distinct, each one permanently owned by the community that lived it. A player who participates in Season 1 holds something that cannot be replicated in Season 4. The early seasons of any cultural archive carry a weight that later entries cannot.

6. The EZBC Token — Role and Utility

EazyBetCoin (EZBC) is the coordination layer of the ecosystem. It is not a reward for participation — it is a reward for performance. It is not required to play, to compete, or to enjoy the platform. It is the mechanism through which top performers access the ownership layer of the ecosystem.

6.1 Primary Utility — NFT Minting

The primary and most structurally significant utility of EZBC is card minting. A player who wants to convert their digital seasonal cards into on-chain NFTs — and subsequently into physical collectibles — must spend EZBC. This creates a direct, organic demand for EZBC that is rooted in the desire for ownership, not speculation.

Minting costs are proportional to card rarity and are calibrated seasonally to ensure that eligible players can mint their collection using their airdrop allocation. The precise parameters are defined and published before each season begins.

6.2 Secondary Utility — Partner Rewards

EZBC is redeemable on the EazyBetCoin reward platform for partner-sourced benefits. As the community scales, this catalog will expand. The reward platform functions as a marketplace where EZBC translates community performance into tangible benefits — merchandising, experiences, partner services, and community-specific offerings.

6.3 Tertiary Utility — Governance

In later platform phases, EZBC will serve as the voting weight in EazyBetCoin's governance mechanism. Token holders will be able to signal preferences on reward catalog composition, seasonal parameters, and platform development priorities. The governance framework is described in Section 13.

6.4 What EZBC Does Not Do

EZBC provides no in-game competitive advantage. It cannot be used to boost diamond earnings or influence rankings. A player with zero EZBC competes under identical conditions to a player with a large EZBC balance. The competitive layer is fully isolated from the token layer.

7. Token Specifications & Contract Transparency

EazyBetCoin is already deployed and live on Arbitrum One. The contract is publicly verified on Arbiscan and can be independently audited by any party at any time.

The 21,000,000 supply cap is permanent and verifiable. No entity — including the EazyBetCoin team — has the technical ability to increase this supply. The absence of admin functions means the contract operates autonomously from the moment of deployment. These properties can be confirmed directly by reading the verified contract on Arbiscan.

8. Token Allocation — Functional Reserves

EazyBetCoin's allocation is structured around a single organizing principle: the community is the primary beneficiary of the token supply. The structure does not follow a conventional tokenomics model designed around fundraising rounds, public sales, or investor distributions. The token's primary purpose is utility within the EazyBetCoin ecosystem.

ReserveAllocation% of Supply
Community Rewards Fund15,750,000 EZBC75%
Strategic & Governance Reserve5,250,000 EZBC25%

8.1 Community Rewards Fund — 75%

Three quarters of the total EZBC supply is allocated directly to the player community. This fund is the source of all monthly distributions and long-term community rewards. It does not emit at a fixed rate — disbursements are managed adaptively as described in Section 9, ensuring the fund remains sustainable across seasons and market conditions. Distribution logs are published publicly after each monthly distribution.

This allocation reflects the core design intent of the token: EZBC exists to reward the community that builds and sustains the EazyBetCoin ecosystem. The 75% allocation is a structural expression of that priority.

Since 7 October 2026, each reserve is held in its own Safe multi-signature wallet on Arbitrum One: the Community Rewards Fund at 0xF3137c02A226fcd130438d735a4337d06464A6ae and the Strategic & Governance Reserve at 0xc3E0b013Feb68C6b1578d8c968ce896330E5f7C6. An operational rounding during the transfer left 15,750,000.5 EZBC in the Community Rewards Fund and 5,249,999.5 EZBC in the Reserve.

8.2 Strategic & Governance Reserve — 25%

The remaining 25% constitutes a long-term reserve whose purpose is to support the sustainable development and evolution of the EazyBetCoin ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to: governance infrastructure and community participation incentives, ecosystem development and technical infrastructure, partnerships, artist collaborations and seasonal productions, community initiatives and special events, and the long-term operational continuity of the platform.

This reserve is intentionally described in broad terms. The EazyBetCoin ecosystem is designed to evolve, and the reserve exists precisely to enable that evolution without predefined constraints. Specific allocations from this reserve will be governed progressively — initially with full transparency through public reporting, and later through the governance mechanisms described in Section 13.

The strategic reserve is not a fundraising mechanism, not an investor allocation, and not a liquidity pool. Its sole purpose is to serve the long-term interests of the EazyBetCoin community and ecosystem.

9. Distribution Mechanism

9.1 Eligibility

Eligibility is assessed every month. To take part in a monthly EZBC distribution, a player must reach a minimum Stade in that month's League and meet the age, country and anti-abuse conditions applicable to the distribution. The minimum Stade is designed to exclude dormant accounts while remaining accessible to regularly engaged players. It is published at the start of each season and does not change during it.

9.2 Stade-Based Segmentation

At the end of each month, eligible players are grouped by the Stade they reached that month. Each Stade receives a defined share of the month's EZBC allocation, and within a Stade, the month's Diamond total determines each player's share. This structure ensures that every competitive tier receives meaningful rewards, not only top performers.

  • The League resets every month — there is no permanent placement
  • Each Stade receives a defined share of the monthly EZBC allocation
  • Within each Stade, distribution follows the relative Diamond total of the month
  • EZBC amounts may be fractional — the protocol supports 18 decimal places

9.3 Treasury Recycling & Circular Flow

The Community Rewards Fund does not operate as a one-way emission mechanism. EZBC distributed to players re-enters the ecosystem when it is spent on utility activities — primarily NFT minting, but also future ecosystem interactions as the platform evolves. This returning flow is accounted for in each subsequent distribution calculation.

The circular flow operates as follows: eligible players receive a monthly EZBC distribution. A portion of that EZBC is spent within the ecosystem — on card minting, future reward redemptions, and other utility interactions. EZBC spent within the ecosystem returns to the treasury. The treasury balance, combined with participation levels and long-term sustainability objectives, informs the distribution parameters for subsequent seasons.

Flow StageActivityTreasury Effect
DistributionMonthly EZBC distribution to players eligible in the monthly LeagueTreasury decreases by distributed amount
Utility SpendPlayers use EZBC for NFT minting and ecosystem interactionsTreasury replenished by spent EZBC
RecyclingReturned EZBC accounted for in the next distribution calculationAvailable balance informs future emission parameters
SustainabilityTreasury balance, participation levels, and ecosystem activity determine distribution scaleLong-term pool integrity maintained

9.4 Emission Parameters

Each season's distribution parameters, applied to each of its months, are determined by three factors: the available treasury balance after accounting for recycled EZBC from the previous cycle, the number of eligible participants and their Stade distribution, and the platform's long-term sustainability objectives as defined by the governance framework in place at that time.

This approach ensures that distribution scale is always grounded in real ecosystem activity. A season with high community engagement and active minting generates stronger treasury replenishment, which supports robust future distributions. A season with lower activity produces more conservative parameters. The system breathes with the community rather than reacting to external market signals.

Distribution parameters for each season are published publicly before the cycle begins and do not change mid-season.

9.5 How a Monthly Distribution Is Executed

No EZBC is sent by hand to individual players. When a month closes, the platform records a permanent snapshot of the League. The month's allocation list (address and amount) is then calculated twice, by two independently written programs that must produce the same result. The list and its cryptographic fingerprint (a Merkle root) are published, and a seven-day period allows any player to raise an error. The treasury then deposits the exact monthly envelope in a dedicated distribution contract and records the fingerprint, behind a public 48-hour delay.

Each eligible player claims their own allocation from the distribution contract, with a proof that their line belongs to the published list. Network fees are covered by EazyBetCoin. The contract can only pay the addresses on the list, only once per line, and never more than the published envelope. Claims stay open for twelve months, after which unclaimed EZBC returns to the Community Rewards Fund. Anyone can recompute the fingerprint from the published list and the published calculation rule.

A wallet address linked to a player account is personal data. The allocation list is therefore published only for the duration of the claim window, on storage EazyBetCoin can withdraw. Players are informed before claiming that the blockchain itself permanently records the receiving address and amount of every claim.

10. NFT Layer — Position and Design

The introduction of NFTs into the EazyBetCoin ecosystem requires the same transparency applied to the EZBC token. ERC-721 tokens on Arbitrum One are public blockchain assets. Once minted, they can be transferred, listed, and traded on secondary markets by their owners. EazyBetCoin does not control, prevent, or encourage this activity.

10.1 NFTs as Archives, Not Assets

The design intent for EazyBetCoin NFTs is archival rather than financial. A minted card is a verifiable, permanent record of a player's ownership of a specific seasonal collectible — proof that they participated in a specific season, obtained a specific card, and chose to preserve it on-chain. The value of this record is cultural and historical, not financial.

10.2 No In-Game NFT Advantage

NFT-minted cards carry no competitive advantage within the platform. A card stops providing its bonus the moment it is minted, even during its season, and post-season cards — whether minted or not — provide no bonuses, no diamond multipliers, and no ranking benefits. The transition from gameplay asset to collection object is permanent. A player's NFT holdings have no influence on their competitive standing.

10.3 Secondary Market Acknowledgment

Should a secondary market emerge for EazyBetCoin NFTs, this reflects the ownership value that players assign to their seasonal collections. EazyBetCoin takes no position on secondary market valuations and derives no revenue from secondary transactions. Players who choose to trade their NFTs do so as independent actors exercising ownership rights over their assets.

11. Secondary Market — EZBC Position

EazyBetCoin is an ERC-20 token on Arbitrum One. It can be freely transferred, listed, and traded on decentralized exchanges. EazyBetCoin does not control, encourage, or benefit from secondary market activity. This is acknowledged openly.

11.1 Gameplay Independence

EZBC plays no role in the competitive layer of the platform. Rankings, diamond accumulation and tournament outcomes are entirely independent of EZBC price or availability. Price fluctuations on external markets have zero effect on gameplay fairness or access.

11.2 Ecosystem Independence

The distribution mechanism described in Section 9 is governed by treasury dynamics and ecosystem participation — not by secondary market price movements. Seasonal distribution parameters are determined by treasury availability, community activity levels, and long-term sustainability objectives. External market activity has no structural influence on how EZBC is distributed within the platform.

11.3 Behavioral Coherence Under All Scenarios

The system is designed to function coherently regardless of how EZBC holders choose to act. Players who use EZBC for minting and ecosystem utilities directly replenish the treasury and strengthen future distribution capacity. Players who retain their EZBC preserve their optionality for future utility interactions. Players who transfer or exchange EZBC externally exercise their ownership rights as independent actors. None of these behaviors structurally harms the platform — the ecosystem's health is measured by participation and engagement, not by token price or secondary market dynamics.

12. System Integrity & Anti-Sybil Framework

A performance-based distribution system is only credible if participation is verifiably individual. Multi-account exploitation would undermine ranking integrity and distort EZBC distribution. The following framework defines EazyBetCoin's progressive approach to identity verification.

PhaseMechanismScope
Phase 1 — CurrentOne verified mobile number per account. Virtual (VoIP) numbers refused at registration. Device and network signals to detect multiple accounts. Behavioral monitoring for coordinated activity patterns.Baseline Sybil resistance sufficient for MVP scale.
Phase 2 — Near-termIdentity verification for EZBC allocations above a defined threshold, where required by applicable law.Proportionate verification, applied where the value distributed justifies it.
Phase 3 — Long-termExploration of decentralized proof-of-personhood solutions for privacy-preserving identity verification at scale.Trustless identity layer reducing reliance on centralized KYC infrastructure.

Behavioral monitoring is applied continuously across all phases. Accounts exhibiting coordinated prediction patterns, anomalous activity clusters, or circumvention attempts are subject to review and exclusion from distribution cycles. The integrity of the competitive layer is a prerequisite for the credibility of the token layer.

13. Governance Roadmap

EazyBetCoin's governance model is designed to evolve progressively alongside the community. In a young ecosystem, premature decentralization introduces instability. The framework below reflects a deliberate balance between transparent centralized operation in early phases and meaningful community empowerment as the platform matures.

What makes EazyBetCoin governance meaningful is that it has a concrete, specific scope — the decisions that shape each player's experience directly. Governance is not an abstract protocol mechanism here. It is the community's ability to influence the things that matter most to them:

  • The visual identity and artist selection for each season
  • The composition of the partner reward catalog
  • Seasonal parameters: eligibility thresholds, league structures, event formats
  • Special community initiatives, collaborations, and ecosystem directions
  • Long-term allocation decisions from the Strategic Reserve
PhaseModelScope
Phase 1 — CurrentCore team decisions with full public transparency. Seasonal reports, distribution logs, and treasury activity published openly. Community input collected through structured feedback channels. All operational parameters. Decisions explained publicly with reasoning.
Phase 2 — ConsultativeOff-chain signaling via Snapshot. EZBC-weighted voting. Non-binding but publicly recorded and actively considered in team decisions.Artist and season identity. Reward catalog composition. Seasonal rule adjustments. Community initiative proposals.
Phase 3 — ParticipatoryFormalized governance framework. EZBC-weighted participation on defined protocol decisions. Strategic Reserve partially activated to fund governance participation incentives.Major ecosystem directions. Strategic Reserve allocations above defined thresholds. Long-term partnership and platform decisions.

The portion of the Strategic Reserve dedicated to governance will be activated progressively as each phase is reached. This prevents premature voting dynamics and ensures that governance weight reflects genuine, sustained platform engagement rather than early accumulation. Phase transitions will be announced publicly with adequate notice.

13.1 Progressive Community Ownership

The long-term objective is that the EazyBetCoin company progressively stops being the sole controller of the protocol, while remaining its main builder and contributor. The application, sports data, Coins, Diamonds, rankings and anti-abuse systems stay operated by the company. What moves toward the community is the protocol layer: the treasury, monthly distributions and their parameters.

  • Every change to EazyBetCoin contracts goes through a public 48-hour delay. Only an emergency pause is immediate.
  • Phase 2 opens only after a first real distribution: before it, a vote would be a vote with the company's own tokens.
  • Treasury wallets never delegate their voting power.
  • In Phase 3, an on-chain governance contract can propose and decide within a defined scope. A guardian may cancel a decision during the 48-hour delay, never impose one, and this role has an end date published in advance.
  • The rules written into immutable contract code (the 21,000,000 supply, published distribution fingerprints, the destination of recycled EZBC) cannot be changed by anyone. The founding commitments that live outside the blockchain (predictions never involve real money, no EZBC sales by EazyBetCoin) are protected by a published constitution and by the company's legal commitments. These can only be amended through formal, public procedures.

14. Treasury & Economic Model

14.1 Treasury Structure

Since 7 October 2026, the EZBC supply is held in two Safe multi-signature wallets on Arbitrum One: the Community Rewards Fund (0xF3137c02A226fcd130438d735a4337d06464A6ae) and the Strategic & Governance Reserve (0xc3E0b013Feb68C6b1578d8c968ce896330E5f7C6). Each requires two of three signatures for any transaction, so no single private key can move treasury funds. In the current phase, the founder controls two of the three signing keys and a trusted third party controls the third. The founder can therefore authorize a transaction without the third party: the treasury is protected against the loss or theft of any one key, but not yet against unilateral action by the founder. The signing keys are software wallets. The treasury addresses, the signing addresses with their roles, and every transaction are published. Any change of signers is announced publicly before it takes effect. The target configuration is one key per independent party, held on hardware wallets.

14.2 Revenue Model

The platform's operational sustainability does not rely on token sales or player financial loss. Revenue comes from optional services offered to players and partners, such as subscriptions, ecosystem partnerships and sponsored reward integrations, and physical card production services, and from future platform service arrangements. Partnerships are disclosed in announcements as they are formalized.

14.3 Sustainability Design

The combination of a fixed supply cap, adaptive emission, and minting-cycle recycling means the platform does not require continuous external capital injection to remain operational. The treasury's primary obligation is to maintain the quality and attractiveness of the seasonal reward structure — not to support a token price.

15. Risk Considerations

A credible document does not omit structural risk. The following table identifies the primary risks inherent to the EazyBetCoin model and the design responses implemented to address each.

16. Long-Term Vision

16.1 The Structural Alternative

The sports betting industry is structurally dependent on user financial loss. It cannot offer what EazyBetCoin offers because doing so would eliminate its own revenue model. This is not a competitive weakness — it is a permanent structural opening. As regulatory pressure on gambling increases across Europe and beyond, as younger generations demonstrate lower tolerance for predatory financial mechanics, and as the cultural conversation around sports engagement shifts, the space for a genuine alternative grows.

EazyBetCoin's long-term position is not to compete with bookmakers on their terms. It is to build the ecosystem that exists in the space they cannot occupy: where sports engagement is driven by community, competition, collection, and cultural identity rather than financial risk.

16.2 The Archive That Accumulates

The most durable long-term asset of EazyBetCoin is not the token, not the user base, and not the technology. It is the archive.

Every season adds a permanent layer to a growing cultural record: new cards, new artwork, new rankings, new community memories, new physical artifacts. As the archive grows, the earliest seasons acquire the irreplaceable quality of origins. The players who were there at Season 1 hold something genuinely scarce — not because of artificial supply constraints, but because the past cannot be reproduced.

This accumulation is the mechanism through which EazyBetCoin builds long-term relevance. A platform with ten completed seasons and an active community is not simply a prediction app — it is a cultural institution around sport. The physical cards, the seasonal publications, the artist collaborations, the community events: these are the expressions of that institution in the real world.

16.3 The Ecosystem Trajectory

The sequence of development follows a clear logic: establish the gameplay and community foundation through free-to-play prediction; introduce the collection layer with seasonal cards and artist collaborations; deploy the ownership layer through NFT minting and physical collectibles; activate governance as the community matures; and extend the ecosystem into the physical world through events, exhibitions, publications, and community-owned seasonal archives.

Each phase creates the conditions for the next. The community built through gameplay becomes the audience for the collection layer. The collection layer creates the cultural artifacts that give the archive its meaning. The archive creates the long-term identity that makes the community worth belonging to. These are not sequential features — they are a compounding cultural flywheel.

17. Conclusion

EazyBetCoin is not simply another Web3 project. It is an attempt to redesign the relationship between sport, competition, ownership, collection, and community.

The sports betting industry has spent decades proving that the emotional mechanics of prediction — competition, uncertainty, ranking, status, rarity, reward — are among the most powerful engagement drivers in consumer entertainment. It has also proven that monetizing those mechanics through financial risk causes measurable harm.

EazyBetCoin's proposition is straightforward: take everything that works, remove what causes harm, and build the infrastructure that makes the result sustainable.

The gameplay loop captures the excitement of prediction without financial exposure. The card system captures the thrill of collection and rarity. The seasonal archive captures the cultural significance of sporting moments without speculative asset trading. The token coordinates the community without becoming a vehicle for financial speculation. Each layer is designed to serve the one above it — and all of them serve the community that gives the ecosystem its meaning.

What EazyBetCoin is building, season by season, is a living archive of sports culture created and owned by its community. The cards from Season 1 will carry the weight of origins. The artwork will mark a specific moment in time. The rankings will record who was there and how they performed. The physical collectibles will exist in the real world long after the season ends. This is the long-term product — not an app, not a token, not a platform, but a cultural institution built around the sports that communities already care about.

No financial exposure is required at any point. No speculation is encouraged at any layer. Predictions never involve real money. The 21,000,000 EZBC that exist at genesis are the total and final supply — their distribution pace, their utility, and the community they serve are the only variables that matter.
