General Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the EazyBetcoin mobile application (the “Application”), published by a sole proprietorship under French law (micro-entreprise), and of the player area of the eazybetcoin.com website, accessible with the same account.

The services specific to the website's player area are also governed by their own terms: the physical card by the general terms of sale (https://eazybetcoin.com/en/legal/terms-of-sale), the vault by its terms (https://eazybetcoin.com/en/legal/vault). They do not change the Application's game items in any way.

2. Description of the service

EazyBetcoin is an entertainment application that lets users:

• Make predictions on real sporting events
• Accumulate virtual coins and diamonds
• Open packs and collect illustrated cards
• Take part in rankings and tournaments
• Win virtual rewards

EazyBetcoin IS NOT a real-money betting platform. No financial gain can be obtained through the Application.

3. Virtual currency

3.1 Nature of coins and diamonds

Coins, diamonds and cards are virtual game items:

• They have no real monetary value
• They cannot be exchanged, sold or converted into real money
• They are neither a cryptocurrency nor a digital asset
• Their use is limited to the Application

3.2 Allocation

Coins and diamonds are given free of charge through:

• The daily harvest (“Tap to Earn”)
• Prediction results
• Daily missions, rankings and season rewards
• Tournaments
• Referrals

Card packs are opened with coins earned by playing. No game item can be bought with real money.

4. Registration and account

4.1 Access requirements

• Be at least 17 years old
• Have a valid phone number
• Accept these Terms

4.2 Authentication

Account access uses SMS verification (OTP). Users are responsible for keeping their access confidential. On the website, the session closes when the tab is closed, after 10 minutes without activity and at the latest after one hour.

4.3 Username

The username must be unique and must not:

• Be offensive, discriminatory or illegal
• Impersonate a third party
• Contain sensitive personal information

5. Premium subscription

5.1 Content

The Premium subscription (“Premium Pass”) offers:

• No ads
• 5 prediction tickets a day instead of 3
• Combo predictions of up to 5 matches instead of 3
• Boost capsules included (daily harvest doubled)
• Editing or withdrawing a ticket before kick-off
• Access to all tournaments
• Premium badge shown on the profile

The subscription does not improve the chances of a prediction succeeding and gives no advantage within a given tournament.

5.2 Payment

• iOS: via Apple In-App Purchase (managed by Apple)
• Android: the Application is not yet available on Android; the terms will be specified at its release

5.3 Renewal and cancellation

• The subscription is monthly, without commitment, and renews automatically
• iOS: cancel in your device's App Store settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period

5.4 Refunds

• iOS: in accordance with Apple's refund policy

6. Rules of use

Users agree to:

• Use the Application fairly
• Not exploit bugs or technical flaws
• Not use automated systems (bots, scripts)
• Not try to access other users' accounts
• Respect other users

7. Predictions and rankings

7.1 How it works

• Predictions concern real sporting events
• Odds are indicative and may change
• Results are determined by the official match scores
• The number of prediction tickets is limited per day: 3 for a standard account, 5 with the Premium subscription (excluding tournaments); a combo prediction uses a single ticket

7.2 Settlement

• Predictions are settled automatically from sports data sources (The Odds API)
• Some predictions (friendly or special matches) are settled manually by the team
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the coins staked are returned

8. Intellectual property

All content of the Application (design, code, text, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property law and belongs to the publisher.

9. Limitation of liability

• The Application is provided “as is”
• The publisher does not guarantee that the service will always be available
• The publisher is not liable for losses of virtual coins/diamonds in the event of a technical malfunction
• The publisher is not liable for sports results or their interpretation

10. Suspension and termination

The publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent use of the Application
• Harmful behaviour towards other users

11. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy: https://eazybetcoin.com/en/legal/privacy

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.

13. Changes to the terms

The publisher reserves the right to amend these Terms. Users will be informed of any substantial change through the Application.
