Vault terms

1. A test network, with no value

• The vault runs on Arbitrum Sepolia, a public test network. Test EZBC and the cards minted on this network have no value, cannot be bought or sold for money, and give no entitlement to anything.
• They will not be transferred to the real network. They will be abandoned, and our copies erased, before the real network opens.
• Test amounts allocated imply nothing about any future allocation.

2. Your game account is not affected

The app's coins, diamonds and cards remain game items, governed by the general terms of use. Opening a vault, receiving test EZBC or minting a card removes, changes or blocks nothing in the app: a minted card remains playable. No game item can be converted into money.

3. Who holds what

• The vault is a Safe account controlled by your passkey. The private key is created and kept by your device (or its iCloud, Google or equivalent keychain). It is never sent to us: we can neither sign on your behalf, nor freeze, nor empty your vault.
• We keep the vault address and the public part of your passkey, which are used to verify your signatures.
• As a result, if you lose access to your key (a lost device with no keychain backup), we cannot restore it on the test network. Turn on your keychain backup.

4. What EazyBetCoin does

• Relays to the network the operations you have approved on your device, and pays their fees (fees covered), through a technical provider.
• Publishes your test EZBC allocations, after a public governance delay.
• Authorises the minting of a card copy after checking that it is in your collection. An authorisation is valid for fifteen minutes.
• Refuses to relay any operation that does not match the actions provided for in the player area.

Before each confirmation, the player area describes in plain words what you are about to sign. Nothing goes out without your confirmation on your device.

5. Minting a card

Minting a card creates, on the test network, a non-fungible token (NFT) at your vault's address, bearing the season, card and copy numbers. The minting price, in test EZBC, is shown before confirmation and paid into the test network's Player Fund. A copy can only be minted once.

6. Final operations

An operation confirmed on-chain cannot be reversed. A transfer to a wrong address is lost. Check the destination address character by character before confirming.

7. Public data

A network such as Arbitrum is public: your vault address, balances, mints and operations are visible to everyone there and remain there permanently. We publish neither your username, nor your phone number, nor any identity data on-chain. The link between your EazyBetCoin account and your vault address is kept only in our databases, protected like your other data.

8. Rules of use

• One vault per EazyBetCoin account.
• Forbidden: automation (scripts, bots), attempts to get around the checks, exploiting a flaw, using the vault for unlawful purposes.
• In the event of abuse, we may stop relaying an account's operations and paying their fees. We cannot remove anything from your vault.

9. Availability and liability

The vault is an experimental service, provided as is, which may be interrupted, changed or reset at any time. It depends on third-party networks and providers. Within the limits permitted by law, EazyBetCoin is not liable for outages, nor for losses resulting from a wrong destination or the loss of your passkey. Since nothing on the test network has value, no financial loss can result from it.

10. The real network

Any opening of the vault on the real network will be subject to new terms, presented before any activation, which you will be free to accept or not. The EZBC token is not presented as an investment: no financial gain is promised.
